Who we are
TTPC (Pty) Ltd is a level 3 Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) business entity. The ownership comprises of 100% Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI) who have all adopted the affirmative action employment policy.
Several of our employees are engaged in continual education programs. We view this as strengthening and upgrading our expertise on a continuous basis. Our team consist of members who have worked in the property valuation and consulting field for municipalities and various financial institutions.
APPROACH
We are committed to carrying this vision through at our client during the phase of a contract.
Our approach and conduct is guided by our affiliation to the various professional institutions. The respective institutions have a code of conduct and ethics of a similar nature.
The creation of a conducive working environment between our team and the client is an important starting point.We will ensure that this is accomplished through professional interactions with the respective parties whilst ensuring that integrity and independence are maintained at all times.
Various methodologies may be deployed for the accomplishment of milestones and is dependant on the nature and scope of the engagement.We have a wide variety of available skills. As a result we will ensure that only personnel with the required competency and skills are assigned to a tasks.
PROFESSIONAL CARE
Desmond Mokhine studied Building Science and Administration course at a Technical College and National Diploma in Civil Engineering at a Technikon. He is registered with the South African Council for the Property Valuers as a Candidate Valuer, registration number 4869/3.
He worked for Kempton Park / Tembisa Metropolitan Council as a Junior Property Valuer from 1996 until 1999 responsible for Market Analysis and Valuation of Properties for a compilation of a four yearly Valuation Roll.
From 1999 he conducted Building Inspections and Property Valuation Inspections for a number of financial institutions inter alia Nedcor Bank, Saambou Bank, Absa and Fidelity Bank through a privately owned close corporation “Meldane Property and Valuation Services”.
